Meet Regina L. Greer

A leader shaped by more than three decades of service, purpose, and commitment to the Mighty Midwest.

Greetings from Regina

Sorors of the Mighty Midwest Region,

I am honored to share my candidacy to serve as your next Midwest Regional Director. As a collegiate-initiated member, I have had the privilege of serving our sisterhood at every level—collegiate, alumnae, state, regional, and national. Each experience over the past 35 years has not only shaped my leadership, but strengthened my understanding of what our region needs to continue to thrive.

Our region stands at an important intersection. Our chapters are navigating real opportunities and challenges across our collegiate campuses and local communities. The call-to-action to shape the future of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. across the Midwest Region remains both imminent and necessary. As the region’s clock strikes the century mark, this moment calls for leadership that is rooted in legacy, steady in execution, accurate in implementation and responsive to the diverse needs of chapters and members of both collegiate and alumnae alike.

For such a time as this, the Midwest deserves collaborative leadership grounded in service, guided by strategy, centered on the voices of our sisterhood and rooted in excellence.

My commitment now, and into the future, is to position our region for its next century of impact – by strengthening chapters, supporting leaders, achieving measurable outcomes and encouraging the region’s movement forward… together as One Midwest.

Sorors of the Midwest, thank you for taking the time to learn more about my candidacy, my experience, my heart for this region and the vision I believe is possible for what is NEXT to keep the Mighty in the Midwest in our second century of impact.

IN SISTERHOOD AND SERVICE
